How To Order

Step 1: Create Your Artwork
Some client create their own art; however, we can help you at any stage of development. We have idea people and designers on staff to assist you. Either way, we check every design to make sure your pieces are created the way you want them. For inspiration check out our portfolio.
Step 2: Select Your Style
We have six styles to choose from: cloisonné (epola), soft enamel, laser screen, metal, photo etch, and 4-color printed. For a description of each style with photo samples, click here.
Step 3: Select Your Metal
If you are creating a piece without enamel or printed colors, this is a very important step. If you are coloring your piece, select a metal that compliments it. We have ten metals to choose from: polished and antique gold, polished and antique bronze, polished and antique copper, polished and antique silver, nickel, and black metal. See them all here.
Step 4: Select Your Colors
Unless you choose 4-color printed for photo reporduction, you will need to decide on your the coloring of your piece. Remember, you can have as many colors as you wish. If you would like specific colors on your adornment, please provide us with the Pantone Matching System ("PMS") color code number. You can find the PMS books at local print shops, Kinkos, Office Depot, etc.
Step 5: Check Out the Extras
You can add gem stones, presentation boxes, and much more to your pieces. Adhesive backing, sand blasting, backstamping, key chains, and ribbons can also be added. Pricing and complete descriptions for all these options are listed here.
Step 6: Select Your Size and Quantity
You can order as few as 100 pieces at a time. We have filled many large orders (some over 250,000 pieces) and can accomodate many more. Quantity pricing can be found in the pricing guide.
Step 7: Submit Your Order
When you are ready, you can request a callback to discuss your order. If you are creating your own artwork, it should be submitted as a print via snail mail or via email in "PC" format. We accept the following formats: Corel Draw (any "cdr" file), Adobe Illustrator (any "ai" file), JPG, GIF, TIF, and BMP.
Step 8: Pay For Your Order
After submission, you can pay via purchse order, personal check, Master Card, and Visa. Orders are filled within three to four weeks and shipped via UPS or U.S. Mail. Guaranteed two to three week orders are also available.
